Jennifer Wong
Co-Founder | REALTOR® | Broker Associate
Jennifer brings 20+ years of real estate experience and leadership to W Homes Property Management. As an Associate Broker and licensed real estate professional with W Homes, Brokerage by KW Metro Center in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., she offers valuable knowledge of the local real estate market and a strong understanding of property ownership and investment. Jennifer is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, personalized service, and a professional experience for every client.
Glennette Strother
Co-Founder
Director of Operations | REALTOR®
Glennette brings more than eight years of hands-on property management experience and five years as a licensed REALTOR® to W Homes Property Management. As a REALTOR® with KW Metro Center, she serves buyers, sellers, investors, and rental property owners throughout Northern Virginia.
With a Master of Social Work (MSW), Glennette brings a people-centered approach to real estate and property management, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and strong relationships. She is committed to protecting owners’ investments through proactive management, attention to detail, and personalized service.
